Online Return & Refund Policy Only 

Thanks for shopping at Racquet and Jog. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

 

RETURN

Return any item ordered online up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund or after 30 days and up to 60 days for store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must have tags and in the same condition that you received it. Items are subject to warranty for manufacturers defects.  
You can return your online order in any of our store locations (Longview, Texarkana or Rockwall) or you can ship the package back to our store.  Be sure to include the return form in your package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

REFUND

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
