Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To request an order cancellation, please email online@racquetjog.com as soon as possible.

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The email address used to place the order
• A clear request to cancel the order

Orders may be canceled at any time before they have been shipped. A cancellation request is not considered complete until you receive written confirmation from us.

Once an order has been shipped or transferred to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled. After shipment, eligible items must be handled in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the order. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund for all canceled items.
